2 dead, power still out for thousands as bomb cyclone hits Washington, Oregon and California

At least two people are dead and widespread power outages are being reported from the bomb cyclone storm that hit the Pacific Northwest this week. CBS News Sacramento reporter Sakura Gray has the latest on the storm and CBS News Philadelphia meteorologist Kate Bilo has a look at the forecast.
