Loren Brovarnik is fighting back against body shamers – for the sake of her little ones.
The “90 Day Fiancé” alum slammed an Instagram troll who expressed concern about the weight of her three children in a comment.
“These kids are getting so big,” the hater wrote, warning Loren and her husband, Alexei Brovarnik, to “watch all the junk food” they feed Shai, 4, Asher, 3, and Ariel, 2.
“It’s so hard to lose your mind,” the social media user continued. “Let’s keep your children healthy too. They might end up… a little chubby.
Loren, 36, shared a screenshot of the comment via Stories on Sunday, along with her response.
“Whoa whoa whoa – is your body shaming my 4, 3 and 2 year old?” » asked the former reality TV star. “You want to shame me, fine.”
However, Loren noted that it’s “forbidden to talk about your children’s bodies.”
She concluded: “Respectfully… Alex and I are their parents, not you. We know what is best for them. THANKS.”
The exchange took place around a family photo that Loren shared on Saturday with “nature, sunshine and silly faces.”
Loren and Alexei, 36, have been married since September 2015.
The couple became parents when Shai was born in April 2020, followed by Asher and Ariel in August 2021 and September 2022, respectively.
After welcoming baby No. 3, Loren underwent a “mommy transformation” — and was transparent with her followers about the work she’d done.
“I chose to do a tummy tuck to bring my muscles together,” Brovarnik explained of her plastic surgery procedures in September 2023. “I’m doing 360° lipo and fat transfer on my breasts.”
In a follow-up video, she joked: “Yes, the chins are gone.” I have a chin.
Since appearing on “90 Day Fiancé” in 2015, Loren and Alexei have starred in the spinoffs “90 Day Fiancé: What Now?” and “Loren & Alexei: After the 90 Days.”
