CBS News ran the song through several AI audio detection tools; several results indicated that the audio, or at least parts of it, were likely generated by AI.

Stephen Stahl, co-founder of AI-powered audio detection tool Ai-SPY, also told CBS News that he believes the song may have been generated by AI. He said someone likely wrote the lyrics and melody, then uploaded them to a website and used a clone of Justin Bieber’s voice to create the song.

“AI is [going to] “This would make it easier for anyone to create a song, faster and more efficiently,” Stahl said. “The downside is that anyone will be able to create a song. So talent is no longer a prerequisite for building a good song.”
