David Beckham is sweating Sunday scares.
The president and co-owner of Inter Miami CF football club revealed his muscular upper body in a series of shirtless selfies shared on social media.
Beckham, 49, appeared to be preparing for a sweat session in his personal sauna before boasting about his own tips for “taking care of yourself on Sunday.”
Bex showed off her arsenal of tattoos on her body and wore a black Adidas beanie on her head.

“It’s always important to take a minute for yourself and reset,” the soccer legend wrote on his Instagram Stories.
Beckham’s life was thrust into the spotlight in an unusual way last year with the release of his eponymous documentary on Netflix.

Despite receiving rave reviews and an Emmy Award, he told Variety that he “hated almost every moment” of making the series.

“It worried me and it made me nervous and it made Victoria nervous,” Beckham told Variety last month of him and his wife.
“It took me a long time to accept that I was going to make it, but there were many reasons why we wanted to make it. When I retired, I wasn’t ready to talk about my career and It was because of the pandemic that documentaries really exploded, and it was close to the tenth anniversary of my retirement from football.

The couple were criticized for their lack of inclusiveness regarding his rumored 2004 affair with former assistant Rebecca Loos while he played with Real Madrid.

“Throughout the whole documentary, from day one, I said, ‘I don’t want to see anything until it comes out,'” he said. Both Beckhams “loved the results” of the four-part docuseries.

David and Victoria reportedly met at a football match in 1997 after spotting the former Spice Girl on TV. The two married in 1999 and share four children: Brooklyn, Romeo, Cruz and Harper.
