How people who weren’t evacuated plan to leave Milton

Some Tampa residents have not heeded evacuation warnings ahead of Hurricane Milton’s arrival. As of Wednesday evening, the National Weather Service said those who hadn’t left yet shouldn’t try to evacuate and instead shelter in place.
