Ashton Kutcher declined to discuss details of Sean “Diddy” Combs’ wild partying in an interview that resurfaced after Combs was arrested on sex trafficking and related charges.
The disgraced rapper-turned-mogul’s famous parties took place during Kutcher’s September 2019 appearance on “Hot Ones.”
“I have a lot of things I can’t say,” the 46-year-old actor joked to host Sean Evans. “So, uh,” he added before sighing and pausing.
“I can’t remember that one either,” Kutcher continued with a laugh. “I actually went through all of them. … Diddy party stories, man — that was a weird thing that brings back memories.”
Kutcher and Combs co-hosted the latter’s annual white party in 2009 to raise awareness for Malaria No More. However, there is no evidence that Kutcher or any of the celebrities who have attended Combs’ parties over the years have been involved in any alleged illegal activities.
Although he avoided the subject of the Bad Boy Records founder’s epic events, the “That ’70s Show” star was keen to talk about their “bizarre” relationship.
According to Kutcher, it all started when Combs, 54, told the former “Punk’d” host that he was forbidden from playing pranks on him.
“I said, ‘I don’t know what to tell you, everybody’s on the table,’” Kutcher recalled. “He said, ‘Not me, I’m off the table.’ That’s how our conversation began.”
The father-of-two explained that he and the hip-hop star “became fast friends” who “used to hang out and watch football together.”
Kutcher said Combs once came to his house just before he went running.
“He was like, ‘Oh, I’m going to run with you,'” the “Just Married” star shared, adding that “about halfway through” their jog, Combs admitted he was “out of gas.”
Kutcher later claimed that while surrounded by paparazzi, Combs asked him to discreetly “slow down” so as not to give the impression that he couldn’t “finish this thing.”
“He was losing his mind, right? He was like me right now with the wings, and the heat was starting to come on,” Kutcher recalled, panting.
The actor said Combs was “so overwhelmed” by his athletic performance that he “decided to run the New York Marathon” that same year.
“So he immediately started training for the New York City Marathon,” Kutcher shared, explaining that the musician “just can’t lose.”
“Even when it’s so close to humility, it becomes a driving force,” he added.
Kutcher’s representatives did not immediately respond to Page Six’s request for comment.
The “What Happens in Vegas” star was notably criticized last year for her support of convicted rapist Danny Masterson.
Faced with the backlash, Kutcher resigned from Thorn, the anti-sex trafficking organization he helped found.
Combs, meanwhile, was arrested last week in New York and charged with racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking by force, fraud or coercion, and transportation for the purpose of prostitution.
Although he pleaded not guilty, he was denied bail and remains in custody at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn.
According to the indictment, federal agents discovered more than 1,000 bottles of lubricant, various narcotics and three AR-15s during raids on his Los Angeles and Miami mansions in March.
Prosecutors said the Grammy winner “abused, threatened and coerced women and others in his circle to satisfy his sexual desires, protect his reputation and conceal his conduct” for decades, “creating a criminal enterprise whose members and associates engaged in … sex trafficking, forced labor, kidnapping, arson, bribery and obstruction of justice.”
According to the indictment, Combs and members of his company Combs Enterprise facilitated numerous “freak offs” – drug-fueled sexual gatherings.
During these events, he allegedly “hit, kicked, threw objects and dragged the victims, sometimes by the hair,” according to the indictment, which further claims that he “subjected the victims to physical, emotional and verbal abuse to induce them to engage in Freak Offs,” which he “often recorded electronically.”
The alleged assaults “often resulted in injuries that took days or weeks to heal,” prosecutors said.
If convicted, the father of seven faces at least 15 years in prison.
