Bailey Zappe, the Kansas City Chiefs’ new quarterback, is now looking to sell his Massachusetts home, the Post has learned.
Zappe, 25, was released by the New England Patriots last month. He had been with the team since 2022.
His home, located in the Boston suburb of Norfolk, home to about 11,000 people, has three bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, a two-car garage and a total of 1,995 square feet. The home is listed for just under $900,000.
George Sarkis of Douglas Elliman will represent the list.
The home, according to listing documents, is a “quaint gem built in 2023” that is “ideally located at the end of a cul-de-sac,” with tiered, pitched roofs, a humble front lawn and a driveway leading to the garage.
Up the stairs and past a quaint porch is the front door, through which one enters the entrance hall and then the generous main living room. From here is the kitchen equipped with a central island, as well as access to the garage, a half bathroom and the stairs.
On the second floor are the laundry room as well as the bedrooms, with a full bathroom separating the two secondary bedrooms. In the master bedroom, there is an en-suite bathroom with two sinks, as well as a walk-in closet.
The lower level “awaits your ideas to be completed and add even more living space,” the basement listing notes.
Throughout the interior, you’ll find high-end finishes, hardwood floors and custom built-ins.
Outside, there is a fenced backyard and the Norfolk Village area offers plenty of shared green space and walking trails.
