Bears’ ‘Hard Knocks’ Broadcast Delay Explained – NBC Chicago

Bears fans were eager to watch the second episode of the highly anticipated “Hard Knocks” television show Tuesday night on HBO and Max.

And while the episode aired on cable at 8 p.m. CT — the time it’s supposed to air live on HBO and be available to stream on Max — the episode has yet to be uploaded to the streaming service, sending Bears fans into a frenzy on social media.

About 20 minutes after the episode was supposed to be available, Max provided an update.

Finally, after an hour and 15 minutes of waiting, the episode was finally uploaded to Max around 9:15 p.m., and fans were able to stream it. This was after the episode aired in its entirety on HBO’s cable channel.

The video didn’t make it to the streaming service without first causing panic among fans.
