Akili McDowell, who starred in “David Makes Man” and “Billions,” has been arrested and charged with murder and robbery in connection with a fatal shooting in July. The 21-year-old, who is currently being held on $400,000 bail, is scheduled to appear in court Aug. 6 on the robbery charge and Oct. 9 on the murder charge.
