Candice Miller Moves Into Alexander von Furstenberg’s Million Miami Beach Condo After Husband Brandon’s Suicide

It pays to have friends in high places.

Influencer Candice Miller hasn’t given up on her lavish lifestyle just yet — even though her late husband, Brandon Miller, reportedly left behind a whopping $34 million in debt with just $8,000 in the bank.

The former “Mama & Tata” blogger has moved into a condo at Continuum South Beach, according to a security deposit application obtained by Real Deal last week.

Property records reportedly show that a trust linked to Alexander von Fürstenberg, the son of designer Diane von Fürstenberg and Prince Egon von Fürstenberg, paid $10 million for the condo in 2023.

The property has three bedrooms, four and a half bathrooms and offers ocean views.

Alexander’s wife, Alison von Fürstenberg, is said to have a long-standing friendship with Candice.

According to lifestyle magazine Chalkboard, Alison and Alex hosted a gorgeous luncheon at their Beverly Hills, California, home for the Los Angeles launch of the blog “Mama & Tata” in 2017.

In August, Page Six reported that Candice was leaving New York and had her sights set on Florida.

That same month, the socialite listed her Hamptons mansion, which had seven bedrooms, eight full bathrooms and two half bathrooms, for $15,495,000.

“She’s in New York,” a source told us at the time. “She’s moving to Miami before school starts and has enrolled her kids in a Miami school.”

Candice shared two daughters with Brandon, who tragically died by suicide at the age of 43 on July 3.

The real estate businessman was in dire financial straits before his death.

He was sued for more than $100,000 for luxury furniture and $50,000 for boat-related expenses, and owed millions to friends who allegedly lent him funds to stay afloat.

A former associate told The New York Times in an exposé published last month that Brandon borrowed $1 million from him for a development project in Brooklyn, New York, that another developer had actually purchased.

The affair-gone-wrong ended the couple’s longtime friendship, and the unnamed friend told the Times he was “devastated” by both their falling out and Brandon’s death.

Candice first spoke out about Brandon’s death in the article, sharing that she was “devastated.”

A family spokesperson told the newspaper: “Candice is devastated by the loss of her soulmate, and the lives of her two young daughters have been forever affected by the loss of their beloved dad.”
