Chilly Easter Sunday in NYC; heavy rain returns Monday night

Storm Watch Team Meteorologist Hope Osemwenkhae says today will be sunny and chiller before heavy rain arrives during the workweek.

NOW: Sunny and brisk.

NEXT: Cooler weather settles in through Tuesday with highs in the mid-50s. A coastal low will bring heavy rain and gusty winds Monday night into early Tuesday. Over an inch of rain is possible with localized flooding in poor drainage areas.

NEXT: Temperatures rebound Wednesday through Friday to the 60s and near 70s.
