“He’s got a mustache, you can’t see it now, but he’s whipping his hand with his shirt,” the former American football player said. “I’m going to make a bold prediction. I’m going to say this guy is in the friend zone.”
Joe Tessitore, who was commentating on the match, praised Palmer for his “analysis.”
“I see him up close and personal in my other work,” Palmer added. “…I would say he’s a good listener.”
Texas A&M took a 20-point lead over Florida in the first half. Aggies quarterback Marcel Reed passed to Theo Melin Ohrstrom for a touchdown and then ran for a touchdown with 44 seconds left in the second quarter.

Florida couldn’t score until Graham Mertz found Elijah Badger for a 14-yard touchdown pass with 11:49 left in the third quarter. However, Reed struck again with his second touchdown pass of the game to Cyrus Allen. Bryce Anderson then returned a Mertz pass 45 yards for a touchdown.
The Aggies won the game 33-20.
“I have no excuse,” Napier said when asked why he was booed as a public service announcement played in the stadium. “I have no negative comment about it. At the end of the day, we play a certain way in this arena, you’re going to get criticized. It’s one of those places where there’s history, tradition and expectations.”

“When you play a lousy game and it doesn’t seem like what we all want, then, hey, that’s part of the job. I probably would have done the same thing.”
