Following the success of its Piccadilly Gardens and King Street locations, Franco Manca is taking on The Trafford Centre with a brand new restaurant.
Nestled within the heart of The Orient, Franco Manca are not only bringing their signature Neapolitan cuisine to the bustling shopping centre, they’re also offering 50% off all dishes on the 21st June.
The new restaurants will extend the offering of Franco Manca’s popular menu to Manchester natives and visitors, and continue to bring its world class pizza to those seeking a little taste of authentic Neapolitan cuisine.
Simone Annette, Area Manager, at Franco Manca, said, “Following on from the success of our Piccadilly Gardens location, it was clear that we should continue our investment in Manchester, so we went for not one, not two, but three new locations to cater for the city. Our sourdough, unique to Franca Manca, is sure to go down well with passers by looking to get a slice of authentic Italian pizza. So, if you’re in the city, or just passing through, please drop in and enjoy 50% off our entire menu to celebrate the launch.”
Franco Manca pizzas are made with slow-rising sourdough, with a mother dough which dates back to the late 18th century, topped with fresh, properly sourced, seasonal ingredients. Dough is made fresh on site, with daily specials on offer, and menu prices starting at just £5.95.
First procured by the pizzeria’s founder, Giuseppe Mascoli, near the city of Naples, the recipe still honours the ingredients and methods that make the age-old style of Neapolitan pizza unique, delicious and world-renowned.
