Hurricane Helene on track to hit the Florida Panhandle

Hurricane Helene strengthened to a dangerous Category 4 on Thursday as it continued toward the Florida Panhandle. The storm is expected to make landfall later in the night. CBS News national correspondent Manuel Bojorquez reports from Tampa, Florida.
