Matt Levine: The Jaguars come into this game with some desperation after starting the season 0-2. However, playing the Bills in Buffalo is never easy and it will be another tough one for Jacksonville. Buffalo beats the Jaguars and puts head coach Doug Pederson on the hot seat.

Prediction: Bills 27, Jaguars 17

Jeremy Hanna: Both teams have very good quarterbacks in Trevor Lawrence and Josh Allen and offenses to match. But the Bills have one of the most surprisingly effective defenses right now, especially with Von Miller who seems to be back in form this season. Buffalo will shut down Jacksonville’s offense like they did Miami a week and a half ago.

Prediction: Bills 31, Jaguars 17

Jean Robinson IV: The Bills will beat the Jaguars thanks to their tandem of quarterback Josh Allen and running back James Cook who will wear down Jacksonville. Their defense will manage to neutralize Trevor Lawrence and his teammates.

Prediction: Bills 24, Jaguars 3

Eva Geitheim: The Bills vs. the Jaguars because while the Jaguars were sneaky kryptonite against the Bills, the Bills are a more balanced team this time around.

Prediction: Bills 27, Jaguars 20

James Brizuela: The Bills continue to show that they can be the team that can challenge the Kansas City Chiefs for the AFC crown. While the Jaguars were tough against the Dolphins in Week 1, they aren’t the team everyone was hoping for. Expect the Jaguars defense to contain the Bills for a while, but not for the entire game once Josh Allen is healthy.

Prediction: Bills 28, Jaguars 17

Noah Cameras: Unfortunately, we’ll have a unanimous winner on Monday night. The Bills are the better team on both ends of the ball, and Josh Allen is going to make sure his team goes 3-0 to open the season. Playing in front of the Bills Mafia will make this game a blowout win.

Prediction: Bills 31, Jaguars 14
