A beaming John Mulaney adorably confirmed Monday that he married Olivia Munn last month.
“This is the best time of my life,” the “Big Mouth” star said on “Late Night with Seth Meyers.” “Marrying into a big Vietnamese family is one of the most fun things I’ve ever done. … They’re the best, man.”
Mulaney even brought his mother-in-law with him to the taping, which she enjoyed while sitting in the audience.
“Mrs. Kim is here with me tonight. I’m so glad she came,” he said. “One of them will go with you anywhere. … They’re the best.”
In early July, news broke that the “X-Men: Apocalypse” actress, 44, and the stand-up comedian, 41, had tied the knot at a friend’s house in New York City.
Only their 2-year-old son Malcolm, whom they welcomed in November 2021, and a witness attended the extremely intimate nuptials.
The couple’s secret wedding took place after Munn endured an intense battle with breast cancer, which prompted her to undergo a double mastectomy and a hysterectomy.
The “Puss in Boots” voice actor and the former G4 host have been a couple since 2021. The couple got together following his decision to file for divorce from his first wife, Anna Marie Tendler.
Mulaney split from the 39-year-old artist shortly after he was released from a two-month stint in rehab for cocaine and alcohol abuse.
“I am heartbroken that John has decided to end our marriage,” Tendler said through a spokesperson at the time. “I wish him support and success in his recovery.”
Although Mulaney carefully laid out a timeline that appeared to clear him of any infidelity, sources told Page Six that it showed he was going “to great lengths to dispute the notion that he cheated.”
Tendler recently released a memoir, “Men Have Called Her Crazy,” which was supposed to “speak to the infinite source of my grief and rage — men,” but we exclusively revealed that Mulaney didn’t make the cut.
“He’s not there,” a source said, “and he’s not even mentioned. She talks about the relationship before John.”
