Skyler Samuels is a girl’s girl!
Samuels applauded Keke Palmer for speaking out against one of their “Scream Queens” co-stars who allegedly made a racist remark on set.
“I’m incredibly proud of Keke for speaking out about her experiences on ‘Scream Queens,'” the 30-year-old actress — who appeared on Season 1 of the show — wrote in the statement shared on Instagram on Thursday.
“That’s what Keke does, she speaks out and stands up for herself and others.”
The “Gifted” alum also claimed that the Ryan Murphy series – which ran from 2015 to 2016 – was not an easy series to work on.
“‘Scream Queens’ was a very empowering show for me,” Samuels admitted. “Keke was one of the only people who stood up for me.”
The actress, who played the character Grace Gardner, later expressed her gratitude to Palmer, 31, for standing up for her despite the repercussions.
“She was brave enough to support me even though she knew it might make her a target for bullies on set,” Samuels wrote.
“I have infinite gratitude for the professionalism and kindness Keke showed me. She is a leading woman in this industry, who is well aware of her influence and uses it for the better.
Palmer — who played Zayday on the show — responded to Samuels’ praise in the comments.
“I love you baby ❤️,” the “No” star replied.
Samuels’ statement came days after the Los Angeles Times published an excerpt from Palmer’s upcoming memoir, “Master of Me: The Secret to Controlling Your Narrative.”
In his book, Palmer alleges that a co-star – referred to by the pseudonym “Brenda” – had a “conflict” with another actor on set.
When Palmer tried to defuse the situation by telling them they should “have fun and respect each other,” Brenda allegedly responded, “Keke, literally, don’t do it.” Who do you think you are? Martin F–king Luther King?
Neither Palmer nor Samuels have publicly identified who Brenda is.
Palmer and Samuels starred in the series alongside Emma Roberts, Abigail Breslin, Lea Michele and Billie Lourd.
Elsewhere in the memoir, Palmer recalls another bitter incident on “Scream Queens,” co-created by Murphy.
The Nickelodeon alum claims Murphy “ripped” at her for missing filming to honor another work commitment she had booked because she was initially told she had the day off.
“Master of Me: The Secret to Controlling Your Narrative” will be available on November 19.
