A road has been closed after a serious accident in Gwynedd.
Police said the A499 had been closed between Gyrn Goch and the junction for Trefor.
They warned that it might be closed for a while.

“Avoid the area”
Police said the crash on the A499 was likely to result in the road being closed for some time.
They said: “The A499 is closed between Gyrn Goch and the junction for Trefor due to a road accident. This is likely to remain so for some time. Please use alternative routes and avoid the area.”
