Traffic is chaotic in Plymouth on Saturday 27th July, with one motorist telling Plymouth Live that he has been stuck on Longbridge Road, near Marsh Mills retail park, for around two hours.
Traffic is reportedly backed up on the A3822 and around the Leigham Interchange roundabout. Motorists have been advised to avoid the area and find alternative routes.
The latest delays come after a tanker overturned on the A38 slip road at Forder Valley roundabout yesterday (26 July) and closed two lanes. The road remained closed overnight for resurfacing work to take place.
