Lizzo donned an Ozempic-themed Halloween costume as the singer made fun of an episode of “South Park” that parodied her earlier this year.

On Monday, the 36-year-old shared several posts on Instagram featuring photos and videos of her wearing red and white packaging of a fictitious weight loss drug named Lizzo with a yellow measuring tape tied around her its size.

Last month, Lizzo, born Melissa Viviane Jefferson, slammed claims her slimmed-down figure was down to Ozempic.

“LizzOzempic dump,” the four-time Grammy Award winner captioned the photo.

In her slideshow, Lizzo shared a video of herself holding a piece of pizza while standing next to someone dressed as the famous “South Park” character Eric Cartman.

The next two photos showed Lizzo as she posed in front of a black car while flashing a peace sign and then a thumbs up. Lizzo was seen sitting in the car with a bottle of Clase Azul Reposado tequila in the next two images and concluded her post with a video of herself rolling down the car window.

In another post, Lizzo and the person in the Eric Cartman costume were seen dancing to the song “APT” by Rosé and Bruno Mars.

“It’s that time of year where I feed you so ridiculously and you’re nothing, baby,” she wrote in the caption, alongside a smiling face with her tongue sticking out.

The singer also shared a photo of herself posing in a fake ad for the weight loss drug Lizzo. The ad read: “Need some self-esteem? Try Lizzo! Lose the guilt. Gain confidence.”

A warning label on the ad said: “Side effects include a smile on your face and a pep in your step.” »

In another post, Lizzo uploaded a video of herself in costume while turning off the camera and dancing in front of a cutout of Eric Cartman’s character. She was seen posing in front of the cutout in a trio of photos she shared in another post.

Lizzo’s parody of her “South Park” parody comes after she took the joke about it in stride when an episode of the long-running animated series aired in May.

A “South Park” special called “The End of Obesity” referred to the singer as an alternative to Ozempic, harnessing the power of “not giving a damn.”

“Lizzo, approved by the FDA, makes you feel good about your weight and costs 90% less than Ozempic,” said a voiceover. “In case studies, 70% of patients on Lizzo no longer cared about their weight. Lizzo helps you eat whatever you want and keep physical activity to a minimum.”

“I lowered my standards and expectations,” one character explained. “I don’t care!”

The ad added: “Some patients report constipation while listening to Lizzo…Serious side effects can include pancreatitis, hypothermia and literally loss of ears.” »

Lizzo then took Instagram and TikTok to react live to the scene.

“My worst fear has come true,” Lizzo told fans. “I was referenced in an episode of South Park. I’m so scared. I’m going to do a blind duet now.”

After the clip, she commented, “It’s crazy. I just feel like, damn, I’m really that bitch. I’m really that bitch. I really showed the world how to love each other and I ‘crazy, to the point where these men from Colorado know who I am and put it in their cartoon that has been running for 25 years.

She continued: “I’m really that bitch and I’m showing you how to get f*cked and I’ll keep showing you how to f*ck yourself.”
