Good neighbours were on alert in a North Vancouver neighbourhood recently when they spotted a bear approaching a man mowing his lawn, unaware it was nearby.
Ezra Mandel told Storyful that he was wearing noise-canceling headphones while mowing his lawn and didn’t hear his neighbor warn him about the bear. Luckily, he said, another neighbor then “yelled louder until I could hear it.”
