Megyn Kelly Breaks Down After Taylor Swift Supports Harris

Right-wing pundit Megyn Kelly has lashed out at Taylor Swift after the pop superstar endorsed presidential candidate Kamala Harris.

The 34-year-old global phenomenon officially endorsed the Democratic candidate after Tuesday night’s presidential debate in which Harris by most accounts defeated Republican nominee Donald Trump.

According to Kelly, a former Fox News star who briefly worked for NBC, Swift’s choice to speak out will come at a cost to her fans.

“You can kiss your sales to the Republican public goodbye,” Kelly, 53, said on his SiriusXM talk show. “I hope you enjoyed them while you were making them.”

She then launched into a dramatic tirade, attacking Swift for praising vice presidential candidate Tim Walz as an advocate for LGBTQ rights, a cause close to her heart.

“I have every right to criticize Taylor Swift, and I don’t care who’s going to be upset,” Kelly continued. “It’s disgusting. If she wants to vote for Harris-Walz, she can do that all she wants, but to say that the reason she’s doing it is because of Tim Walz’s stance on LGBTQ… Fuck you, Taylor Swift. And fuck everyone who wants to see these kids get body parts cut off and watch them get sterilized before the age of consent.”

She also lashed out at Swift’s boyfriend, Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce, calling the couple “elite snobs” who don’t really care what happens to these kids, just like [Kelce] he doesn’t care what happens to all the young men who take the Pfizer booster shot he recommended.

Kelce has been a spokesperson for Pfizer since last fall, promoting the drug company’s COVID and flu vaccines.

Despite Kelly’s reaction, Swift’s support is unlikely to have come as a surprise to many, including the former president, who lamented earlier this year that the “Bad Blood” singer “probably doesn’t like Trump.”

Swift had already warned in her 2020 documentary “Miss Americana” that she risked alienating fans by discussing politics. But later that year, she endorsed the winning Democratic ticket of Joe Biden and Kamala Harris.

His reminder to fans to register to vote also historically led to a record increase in voter registrations.

Swift shared that reminder again Tuesday night, adding, “Your search is yours and the choice is yours” — but made it clear what her choice will be in November.

The Instagram post had received more than 9.6 million likes as of Wednesday evening.
