Actress, writer, director and producer Natasha Lyonne, who has earned Emmy nominations for “Orange Is the New Black,” “Russian Doll” and “Poker Face,” has been an infectious screen presence for decades, playing characters that tend to be funny, insightful and a little bit quirky.
