Two people have died and a woman has suffered life-threatening injuries after a car crash in Northamptonshire.
Police are investigating the fatal collision which happened on the A45 at around 11.45am on Saturday.
The accident involved a blue Ford Fiesta and a grey Ford Puma between the Raunds junction and the A14 at Thrapston.
A man was pronounced dead at the scene and a woman died later in hospital.
A second woman is in hospital after suffering life-threatening injuries in the collision, Northamptonshire Police said.
Police said the A45 would have been busy at the time of the incident.
