An ex-girlfriend of Ryan Seacrest was seriously injured after swallowing plastic shards from a drink she was served on a flight to Rome, she claims in a lawsuit.

Former “Amazing Race” contestant Shana Wall said her throat, esophagus, vocal cords and digestive system were injured May 1 when she swallowed the broken plastic aboard the American Airlines flight from John F. Kennedy International Airport.

Wall, 51, was confined to bed and unable to work after the incident, and requires ongoing medical care due to internal damage, she claimed in the lawsuit filed in Manhattan Supreme Court on Monday.

“[American Airlines] “They had a duty to provide uncontaminated and safe food and beverages,” the actress and model argued, and “created a dangerous, unsafe and unsafe situation on board the aircraft.”

She is seeking unspecified damages for alleged negligence. Wall and her attorney did not respond to requests for comment from The Post. American Airlines did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

The California native, who now lives in the Meatpacking District, dated TV host and producer Seacrest from 2003 to 2005, according to reports. She has appeared on “Married…with Children” and “Entourage,” according to IMDB.

Today she is a sommelier and contributor to the men’s magazine Best Life.

The culinary school graduate shares her world travels, which feature aged wines and sprawling vineyards, with her thousands of online followers, and offers private wine tastings and classes, according to LinkedIn.

Social media posts from mid-May, after the alleged drunken crash on May 1, show her enjoying glasses of Barolo in northern Italy.

In June, a passenger on an Air India flight to San Francisco reported finding a blade-shaped piece of metal inside a sweet potato while eating a meal on the plane.

Last year, a traveler on a Korean Air flight reportedly found a piece of glass in her mouth while drinking coffee.

None of the passengers swallowed any foreign objects.
