Sen. Peter Welch Refuses to Endorse Harris, Reacts to Biden’s Decision

Sen. Peter Welch, a Democrat from Vermont who had called on President Biden to leave the 2024 race, said he’s not endorsing any candidate right now when asked if he would back Vice President Harris for the White House. Biden announced Sunday he’s ending his reelection campaign.
