Tesco, Asda, Aldi and Iceland urgently recall Easter eggs, pies, butter and biscuits

Tesco, Asda, Aldi and Iceland have issued product recall warnings to customers over Easter eggs, digestive biscuits and chicken pies.

Shoppers are being urged to check their kitchen cupboards for the products listed further down this article as health bosses warn some may contain either dangerous bacteria, pieces of plastic or metal.

The Food Safety Agency (FSA) has shared details on each affected item which is subject to the recall from retailers and what you should do if you have bought them. You can return the products to the store for a full refund and do not need a receipt.
