Now that Frank Seddio has been officially nominated to the city’s Board of Elections by the Brooklyn Democratic Party he once led, there is little chance the City Council will reject the nomination pending before the Committee on Rules, Privileges and elections, but they should. They absolutely should. Seddio represents everything that is wrong with politics: cheating, breaking the rules and lying.
