Footage has shown a mother’s breasts falling out of her top as she threw stones at her neighbour’s window during a 5am attack.
Aimee Murphy attacked the victim after drinking vodka with friends, the court heard. The 22-year-old mother-of-two threw stones and broken tiles at the window of the house in a fit of anger after being told off for causing a disturbance in the street.
But as she threw the stones, the victim filmed Murphy and captured footage of her breasts falling out of her top. The video shows the moment the mother noticed her breasts falling out of her halter top before hastily putting them back in place.

The extremely unattractive footage was played in court as Murphy watched. During the attack, a window was smashed as Murphy threw stones and broken tiles.
The victim was shot in the shin. Murphy, from Netherton in Merseyside, was arrested but has no recollection of the incident.
She claimed her drink had been spiked. At Sefton Crown Court, Murphy admitted the assault.
She will be sentenced at a later date and faces up to 16 weeks in prison under sentencing guidelines. Angela Blackmore, prosecuting, said: “The victim lives in a flat with her partner and she reported that there was an ongoing problem between the neighbours. On May 3, at 5am, they were in bed when they were woken by a disturbance outside.
“The victim went to the window. Two women were screaming in one of the other apartments.
“The women seemed drunk or under the influence of something. She didn’t understand what was being said.
“There was talk of someone smoking drugs. They were yelling at one of the residents to come down.
“Ultimately, the victim reported that she looked out the window after knocking on the common door of the premises, due to the time of morning, and yelled at them to leave. The defendant approached the window.
“She didn’t understand what she was saying. A man came up to her and told her to stop recording.
“The victim was recording the incident on his mobile phone. He said to stop recording as he was out on bail.
“The defendant picked up a large object and threw it at the living room window. He did not cause any damage at first.
“She went back to her things. Although the man tried to push her away, she continued.
“The police were called at that point. The defendant walked away.
“She then picked up a tile from the roof. She threw the tile at the window of the bedroom where the complainant was standing.
“She picked it up and threw it several times. The fourth time, the window cracked.
“She threw it six more times until the window broke. The victim was standing there by the window and filming.
“The man tried to stop the defendant. She continued to push him away.
“Several objects came through the window. One piece hit her in the shin, causing bruises.
“The incident lasted about 30 minutes and the police arrived. The defendant was questioned by the police.
“She said she had been out with friends in South Road, Waterloo. She had been drinking vodka.
“She hadn’t taken any drugs. She didn’t remember going home. They showed her the pictures, she was shocked.
“She had no memory of what happened. She said this behavior was completely out of character for her.
“The defendant has no previous convictions.” Ms Blackmore showed the court a short video clip of the incident taken from the victim’s phone.
The victim was standing outside her first-floor window. Murphy, who was wearing a black halter top, was picking up objects from the floor and throwing them at the window.
As she bent over, her breasts fell out of her top and she had to put them back in place. Through the broken glass, she could be heard telling the victim to move away from the window.
“Keep going,” she said, as the victim backed away from the window and backed into her home, and an object flew through the window. Murphy’s lawyer, Peter White, said in mitigating evidence: “The defendant had been drinking in the early hours of the morning and she has no recollection of returning to her home.
“She thinks someone may have put something in her drink, but she can’t say more. She wouldn’t recognize the woman who is being filmed.
“That’s not how she usually behaves. She has two children, who live with their grandmother.”
Mr White added: “She is currently receiving Universal Credit. She made realistic admissions during the police interview.
“I understand that the images are extremely unattractive, but the guilty pleas are immediate. There has been no offence since and there has been no problem since. This will not happen again.”
Murphy will appear in court at Liverpool Crown Court on August 14. She has been released on bail.
