According to British real estate agents Strutt & Parker , houses are now flying off the market twice as fast as before the pandemic.

It now takes about 27 days to sell a home – compared to an average of 69 days in 2019.

Here we bring together some of the latest properties across the region that have been added to Rightmove this week.

There were only two detached houses in Greater Manchester that were added to the market this weekend.
