House hunters in Greater Manchester are having a difficult time finding homes at the moment.
As demand continues to outweigh supply, there are an increased number of homeowners wanting to move – but there just aren’t enough properties coming onto the market.
In what has been described by local estate agents’ as a ‘seller’s market’, many buyers are being forced to compete against one another to secure their homes – causing house prices to continue to soar.

Amongst the limited homes for sale across our region, there are certain properties that are catching the eyes of many potential buyers.
Here we have listed nine of the most popular homes currently on the market in Greater Manchester. Each of these homes are completely different but they are all attracting thousands of views from house hunters searching for properties on Zoopla.
Prestolee Road, Radcliffe
This property in Bury is one of the most sought-after homes in the area. Listed for sale on January 18, the three-bed farmhouse has had 2,400 views in the last 30 days.
The £ 300,000 rural house boasts a spacious lounge with a feature log burner and bay window, traditional style kitchen, a master bedroom, two good-sized double bedrooms and a family bathroom.

Poynter Walk, Oldham
In the last 30 days, this terraced home in Oldham has had just under 1,500 views from eager house hunters.
