Last week, Alicia Mastroianni was leaving her Brighton home for work when she got a nasty surprise. She found her car covered in scratches and with a note stuck to it.
“I live across the street from where your car is parked and I just saw (and recorded) a huge turkey attack on your car,” the note reads. “It looks pretty beat up. I tried to scare it off, but it ignored me.”
“My car was all wrecked, completely scratched,” Mastroianni told WBZ-TV. “I saw the message and I was like, ‘Oh my God, somebody hit my car.'”
The author of the note said the turkey attacked the car for more than 15 minutes and offered to send a video of the incident to help Mastroianni get the insurance coverage needed to repair the car.
Mastroianni shared the video of the attack on TikTok, which has been viewed more than 6.5 million times.
“Moving to Boston… Getting attacked by a turkey in my car… this wasn’t on my list of things to be prepared for in the city,” she captioned the video.

The TikTok has nearly 15,000 comments, with one user calling the turkey a “complete asshole” and another writing that she “TURKEYED the car.”
