During the bilateral meeting with Star, Zelenski thanked the UK for its “unity” and support for kyiv and said: “We feel that support.”
The Ukrainian president said he wanted to discuss “strong decisions” in the war in Ukraine. “I thank you for inviting me and giving me the privilege of being here,” he said.
He said:
Thank you for this unity. We feel that this support and your strong decisions… have helped us to defend freedom and democracy in Ukraine and have helped the Ukrainian people a lot.
Zelenskiy added: “I also want to discuss with you today what strong decisions we can make in this war. [to] Help us.”

Volodymyr Zelensky arrived in Downing Street, where he is expected to become the first foreign leader to address the Cabinet in person since 1997.
Ukrainian President was welcomed by Prime Minister Keir Starmer with a warm hug and handshake before entering number 10.

UK to provide military aid funding to Ukraine “for each year until the end of the decade,” John Healey said.
The Defence Secretary told Times Radio: “If we start from the principle that the defence of the UK starts in Ukraine and if Putin wins in Ukraine he will not stop there, then we must support Ukraine, we are determined to do that.
“And that’s not all. We have strengthened our additional support during these first two weeks in government.
“We also confirmed the commitment of additional military aid funding this year and for every year after that until the end of the decade. For as long as it takes.
He added: “When Keir Starmer “The UK said it would continue to stand firmly behind Ukraine, but it really meant it.”
