Former President Donald Trump has said he will not seek another term as president in 2028 if he loses the November election to Democrat Kamala Harris.
The 78-year-old Republican candidate made the revelation during an interview on the weekly Sunday television show “Full Measure” with host Sharyl Attkisson, which aired Sunday.
Asked whether he would run again in 2028 if he failed in November, Trump replied firmly: “No, I don’t think so. I think that will be the case, that will be it. I don’t see that at all.”
According to its website, “Full Measure” airs in 43 million homes on Sinclair Broadcast Group television stations.
This is a developing story and will be updated as more information becomes available.
