London-based Wings Global Travel has hired longtime Reed & Mackay executive Matthew Forbes as its SVP of global growth, the travel management company announced.

In the role, Forbes is in charge of Wings’ global sales team and works with the TMC’s tech and product teams to oversee development of global service platform. He reports to Wings COO Gary Povey and is based in Wings’ London headquarters.

Forbes was with Reed & Mackay for more than 17 years, most recently as director of sales for the Asia-Pacific and Middle East regions, and he also held senior positions overseeing global development at the TMC.
